The definition of a Fragment: A Fragment is a sentence that has no real value or meaning.
When it comes to a Fragment sentence there are a couple tricks you can use to make it a proper sentence.
1) The first little trick to fix a Fragment sentence could be to simply add a verb or verb phrase.(take, were, saw)
Example) I saw LaBron James at the basketball game.
2) The second trick you can use to fix a Fragment sentence it to attach the fragment to the sentence either before or afterward.
Example) Rivers cut deep canyons in the landscape, weaving their way hundreds of miles through forests and mountains until they reach the ocean.
3) Another way to fix a Fragment sentence can be to use a conjunctive adverb(however, therefore) instead of a subordinating conjunction(although, because, since).
Example) I really enjoy the heat, however I do tend to burn when I'm in the sun for to long.
4) A fun trick you can use to fix a Fragment sentence can be to add a comma along with a relative pronoun(who, whom, that, which) that belongs to the sentence.
Example) My neighbor always had new cars every year, which made me envy him because I've been driving the same car for 10 years.
5) the last little trick you can use to fix a Fragment sentence can be to use a verb phrase to support the topic your writing about.
Example) James counselled his clients in a relaxing environment and encouraged them to meditate after the session.

This is a great example of what a fragment sentence might look like.
Fire good. This has the potential of being a good sentence, but it's missing something.
We can easily fix this sentence by adding a "why", like why is fire good?
Fire is good for its heat, therefore it will keep us warm through the night.
Now our sentence is perfect!
We actually now "why" fire is good, but I think Mr.Caveman might have to go back to kindergarten..
